This Shipping Policy applies to customers located in the United States and covers all lighting products available on our store, including chandeliers, ceiling lights, pendant lights, wall lights, and table lamps. Order Processing and Cut-Off Time
- Orders placed before 6:00 PM (GMT-6), Monday to Friday are processed on the same business day
- Orders placed after the cut-off time will be processed on the next business day
Please note:
Due to the nature of certain lighting products (e.g., large chandeliers or multi-piece fixtures), some orders may require additional preparation time and may not be dispatched the same day.
Handling Time
- Standard handling time: 1–3 business days
- Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and U.S. public holidays
During this time, we:
- Inspect lighting fixtures for quality
- Securely package fragile components (glass, crystal, bulbs, etc.)
- Prepare items for safe transit
Shipping and Transit Time
- Standard shipping transit time: 27–39 business days
- Deliveries occur Monday to Friday
Transit times may vary depending on:
- Destination location
- Carrier delays
- Weather or peak seasonal demand
Estimated Delivery Time
- Total estimated delivery time: 28–42 business days

This estimate begins from the date the order is placed.

- No hidden fees or additional delivery charges at checkout
Large & Fragile Item Shipping (Lighting-Specific)
Some lighting products (such as chandeliers and large pendant lights) may:
- Be shipped in multiple packages
- Require additional protective packaging
- Arrive in separate deliveries
This is to ensure safe handling and reduce the risk of damage during transit.
Tracking Information
- Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email
- Tracking updates may take 1–3 business days to appear in the carrier system
Incorrect Address Disclaimer
Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate at checkout.
- We are not responsible for delays or delivery failures caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses
- If you notice an error, contact us immediately before your order is dispatched
Damaged or Lost Shipments
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit:

- Provide photos of the damaged item and packaging
We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost
