How long does order processing take?

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and U.S. public holidays.

Processing begins after payment has been successfully authorized and confirmed. Entering processing does not mean that the order will ship on the same day.

What is your delivery timeframe?

After processing, standard shipping usually takes approximately 27–39 business days, depending on the destination and carrier conditions.

The total estimated delivery time, including handling and transit, is approximately 28–42 business days from the date the order is placed.

Do you accept returns?

Yes. We accept eligible returns for both defective and non-defective items when requested within 30 days of delivery.

For returns caused by a confirmed material product defect, significant shipping damage, an incorrect item, or missing essential components, Covalite will cover reasonable return shipping costs.

For returns caused by customer preference, ordering mistakes, incompatibility with the intended space, or a change of mind, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
