Payment Policy
Last updated: August 5, 2026
This Payment Policy explains the payment method, transaction currency, payment authorization, security measures, and related procedures applicable to purchases made through the Covalite website.
Accepted Payment Method
Covalite currently accepts PayPal as the authorized payment method for all purchases made through our website.
Payment must be completed during checkout. Orders will not enter processing, production, or fulfillment until payment has been successfully authorized and confirmed.
If a payment is declined, canceled, reversed, or remains incomplete, the related order may not be accepted or processed.
Availability of payment options within PayPal may depend on the customer’s location, PayPal account, and PayPal’s applicable terms and eligibility requirements.
Payment Authorization and Order Confirmation
Submitting payment does not automatically guarantee that an order has been accepted.
An order is considered accepted after:
- Payment has been successfully authorized;
- The order information has been reviewed; and
- Covalite has issued an order confirmation or otherwise confirmed acceptance.
We may contact the customer if additional information is reasonably required to verify a payment or order.
Covalite reserves the right to decline or cancel an order for legitimate reasons, including:
- Payment authorization failure;
- Incomplete or inaccurate billing information;
- Suspected fraudulent or unauthorized activity;
- Product unavailability;
- Pricing or listing errors;
- Shipping restrictions;
- Violations of our website policies.
If an order is canceled after payment has been collected, any applicable refund will be issued to the original payment method.
Transaction Currency
All prices and transactions on our website are displayed and processed in:
USD — United States Dollars
If your PayPal account, bank account, card, or other funding source operates in another currency, PayPal or your financial institution may apply:
- Currency conversion rates;
- Cross-border transaction fees;
- International payment fees;
- Other processing charges.
Exchange rates and third-party fees are determined by PayPal or the applicable financial institution and are outside Covalite’s control.
Pricing, Taxes, and Charges
Customers should review the complete order total before submitting payment.
The amount displayed at checkout may include, where applicable:
- Product prices;
- Discounts or promotional adjustments;
- Sales tax;
- Shipping or delivery charges;
- Other charges disclosed before the order is completed.
Covalite provides free standard shipping for eligible orders delivered to supported addresses within the United States, as explained in our Shipping Policy.
Free standard shipping does not necessarily include:
- Customer-responsibility return shipping;
- Address correction fees;
- Redelivery charges caused by incorrect customer information;
- Optional expedited or special delivery services.
Secure Payment Processing
We take payment and information security seriously.
Our website uses encrypted HTTPS/SSL connections to help protect information transmitted between your browser and our website.
PayPal processes payments through its own payment systems and security procedures. Covalite does not receive or store your PayPal password or complete PayPal account login credentials.
Although reasonable security measures are used, no electronic payment or data transmission system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
Customers are responsible for:
- Using an authorized PayPal account or funding source;
- Protecting their PayPal account credentials;
- Reviewing payment details before confirming an order;
- Reporting suspected unauthorized account activity to PayPal promptly.
Failed, Pending, or Declined Payments
An order may remain unconfirmed or unprocessed if the payment is:
- Declined;
- Pending;
- Incomplete;
- Canceled;
- Reversed;
- Subject to additional verification.
If you experience a payment issue, please review the payment status in your PayPal account or contact PayPal for assistance.
You may also contact Covalite to confirm whether an order was successfully received.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be issued through the original PayPal transaction or original payment source, where applicable.
The time required for refunded funds to appear may depend on:
- Covalite’s refund processing period;
- PayPal’s processing procedures;
- The customer’s bank, card issuer, or financial institution.
Covalite does not control the time required by PayPal or another financial institution to post an approved refund after it has been issued.
