Refund policy

This Return & Refund Policy applies to customers located in the United States and is designed to provide a clear and fair process in compliance with U.S. consumer protection standards and Google Merchant Center requirements.

Returns Eligibility

We accept returns for both defective and non-defective lighting products, including but not limited to:

  • Ceiling Lights
  • Chandeliers
  • Pendant Lights
  • Table Lamps
  • Wall Lights

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • New, unused, and uninstalled
  • In original condition with no signs of wear or damage
  • Returned with original packaging, manuals, and all included components (e.g., mounting hardware, bulbs if included)

Important:
Lighting products that have been installed, hardwired, modified, or damaged after delivery will not be eligible for return.

Return Window

Customers may request a return or exchange within 30 days from the date of delivery.
Requests submitted after this period may not be approved.

Exchanges

We accept exchanges for eligible lighting items.

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability
  • If the requested item is unavailable, a refund will be issued instead
  • To initiate an exchange, please contact our support team

Return Method

All returns must be completed by mail.
We do not support in-store returns or third-party drop-off locations.

Return Authorization & Label Process

To initiate a return or exchange:

  2. Provide your order number and reason for return
  3. Once approved, we will provide a return shipping label
  4. Carefully pack the item to prevent damage during transit

Return Shipping Costs

  • Free return shipping for all approved returns
  • Covalite will cover the full cost of return shipping

Restocking Fees

  • No restocking fees
  • You will receive a full refund for eligible returned items without deductions

Damaged or Defective Items

If your lighting product arrives damaged or defective:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Provide photos of the item and packaging

We will prioritize a replacement or full refund at no cost to you

Refund Processing

  • Refunds are processed within 16 days after the returned item is received and inspected
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method
  • You will receive a confirmation email once the refund is completed

All refunds are issued in USD (United States Dollar).
If your original payment was made in another currency, your financial institution may apply exchange rates or additional fees beyond our control.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Installed or used lighting fixtures
  • Customized or made-to-order lighting
  • Clearance or final sale items (if applicable)
